Acacia Park Cemetery Plots For Sale
Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Newton, Iowa, owns two adjoining burial plots in the Acacia Park Cemetery and Mausoleum which it wishes to sell.
Acacia Park Cemetery and Mausoleum, is situated in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois, at 7800 West Irving Park Road. The two graves which are available for purchase are found in the north-west area of the cemetery, in the section identified as “Rose.” These are located in Lot 6, Block 5 of the Rose section. These are graves number 3 and 4 of a four lot plot purchased years ago. In more recent years, the family deeded to Sacred Heart Church of Newton, Iowa, the two remaining unused graves.
At the gravesite stand with your back to the east facing the west. The two available graves are directly south of the grave of “Adolph A. Goetsch.”
The two adjoining graves will only be sold together; one grave alone will not be sold.
These are in a pleasant area of the cemetery, which is large and well cared-for in every detail. Notice the beauty of this cemetery, mausoleum and park in the accompanying photos.
There are administrative costs associated with the sale/transfer of the plots. These will be approximately $275 which will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
The purchase price for the two adjoining lots is $4,500.
